Hero Offer Asset Creation
During my employment with Estée Lauder Companies, I was responsible for the development of key creative assets from scratch that played a crucial role in driving substantial sales results. These creatives were then maximised across the brand's website, email campaigns, social media, and affiliate marketing. My role involved producing 1-3 weekly promotional offers for Clinique, which included creating backgrounds and comping in e-commerce product images. The following are some examples of recent asset development.
Spin to Win Game Design and Reskin
I was responsible for designing the original 'Spin to Win' randomiser game for Clinique and subsequently designed game reskins to align with key marketing moments such as Halloween and Valentine's Day. This was achieved by creating compelling digital assets, ensuring brand consistency, and promoting collaboration across email, social media, and on-site channels.
Coronation Weekend Campaign
I formulated design solutions tailored for the UK market by producing compelling digital assets for significant events, including the Coronation Weekend, which incorporates a subtle reference to London through silhouettes of Clinique's product line. This was a multi-tiered offer requiring a design that was both flexible and capable of accommodating the quick replacement of products, should stock availability be affected during the promotion.

Bank Holiday Weekend Offer
I developed design strategies for multi-tiered promotions targeting significant marketing events, such as the Bank Holiday Weekend illustrated below. This process included the creation of impactful digital assets to be showcased across the brand's website, email communications, and social media platforms.

Autumn Choice of Gift
Another example of a multi-tiered promotion that I designed from scratch for Cliniques Autumn Gift Campaign and implemented across all digital platforms.

Build a Gift Landing Page Design
I was responsible for creating a temporary landing page for Clinique Build a Gift, enabling customers to customise their own personalised beauty kits. This task required minimal support from engineers and utilised only pre-existing modules while a more strategic design and construction of a new template was underway.

Loyalty and Smart Rewards Icon Designs
I created 14 original icons for Clinique, which have been successfully integrated into their Smart Rewards landing page and trigger emails to effectively promote each reward and strengthen engagement and loyalty within the membership program.
